Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has dropped a sexual assault lawsuit against the golfing legend.

In a story first reported by Fox News, Herman said that the 15-time major champion did not sexually harass or abuse her before or during their five-year relationship.

According to court document obtained by Fox, the former manager at Woods’ restaurant in Jupiter, Fla., “was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents and it is her position that she never asserted a claim for such.”

Herman also has dropped an appeal over the terms of a non-disclosure agreement she signed while dating the sports star. The original lawsuit alleged that Woods made her sign the NDA during her time as an employee at his restaurant and that a boss imposing different work conditions on an employee because of a sexual relationship is sexual harassment.

The couple began dating in 2017 and broke up in 2022.

Woods is working his way toward another return to action on the golf course, which could come as early as the end of the month at his Hero World Challenge event. As tournament host, Woods has left one spot open in the field at the Bahamas tournament. If he doesn’t tee it up there, it’s widely expected Woods will play with his son Charlie in the PNC Championship, an annual parent and child event in December.
