The Maple Leafs expect to face an ornery group of Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday.

Not only are the Flyers trying to hang on to a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, just five days will have passed since they were spanked 6-2 by the Leafs at the Wells Fargo Center.

“They’re probably going to want some revenge, so we got to be prepared for that and make sure we come out hot,” Leafs winger Ryan Reaves said. “Besides that, we have to start building a playoff-type style game on the ice more consistently. You can’t have one game and one game off. I think we’re looking to do that.”
The Leafs have won nine of the past 11 meetings between the teams including an overtime win in February.

“I don’t know if you enjoy it,” Rielly said. “It adds a different element. Because we played them recently and it went our way, I would expect them to respond and to be very competitive.”
Flyers coach John Tortorella is back behind the bench after serving a two-game suspension, causing him to miss the game against Toronto last week.
